Olive Oil is exclusively obtained from olives of one crop year to preserve and benefit from all the organoleptic characteristics (color, aroma, taste) and beneficial properties the microclimate of our land offers to us during the harvest period, which is indicated on each package. It is offered unfiltered after extraction to preserve the nutritional value of olive oil with all its beneficial secondary ingredients. It is produced by the very same olive oil growers
who attempt and participate in the Group of Producers MOLON LAVE.
